I Just Feel Like Running

I’m not training for a marathon. I’ve never really chased a PB, a medal, or a finisher’s photo.

For over 10 years, I’ve run for around an hour—about 10km—once a week, every week. Well, I didn’t start off at one hour. I just ended up there.

Not because a race is coming up or because a training plan says I should. Most of the time, I just feel like running.

It’s the one hour where my phone stays off, my apps are silenced, and nobody can need anything from me. Call it dopamine fasting, call it going off-grid—it’s the closest thing I have to a Do Not Disturb button.

A lot of running gear is built around targets: race bibs, split times, medals, miles logged for other people to see. But not every run needs a reason. Sometimes you run to clear your head, leave the noise behind, and feel a bit more like yourself again.

So I started thinking up shirts I actually wanted to wear: for the runners who run on their own terms, for however long or short they feel like going, with no finish line in sight.

It Started With Running

Running was the beginning, not the whole story.

The same feeling can come from brisk walking, enjoying music you love, making something with your hands, drinking coffee without checking your phone, talking to someone properly, taking a long way home, or just putting your device on airplane mode for a while.

Offline Kulture is for those moments—the ones that pull you out of the feed and back into your own life. Some designs are about running. Some are about switching off. Some make fun of the increasingly strange relationship we have with AI, screens, and always being available.

That’s Offline Kulture.
